Among the staff, Khalid, the housekeeping supervisor, and the Ops Manager stood out for their dedication to guest comfort. Regarding amenities, the room service was efficient, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. However, the lack of ironing facilities and limited Wi-Fi in rooms may bother some guests. the air conditioning was a saving grace on hot days, though the carpeted floors could use a refresh. For those seeking a balance of cost and luxury, Ozone provides a unique experience worth considering. Guests should keep in mind that while the rates may be appealing, the level of luxury may not meet all expectations.
